Edwin M. Wallover III, AIA NCARB (Ted)

    President, Wallover Architects

Ted Wallover’s passion for architecture is deeply intertwined with his lifelong appreciation for water and light. Fascinated by the way water interacts with built environments, he believes that aquatic facilities uniquely showcase the dynamic relationship between movement, light, and space.

As an avid fly-fisher, Ted’s appreciation for crystal-clear water extends beyond the architectural realm. Just as pristine waters are essential for trout fishing, he recognizes that water quality and clarity are fundamental to exceptional aquatic facilities.

Ted and his team at Wallover Architects are dedicated to understanding the impact of water on buildings and people alike, continuously refining their expertise to create spaces where individuals can swim, compete, and socialize in a well-designed, enriching environment.

Wallover Architects is most pleased to have Brain’s unique design and presentation skill sets as an integral part of the design and production team.

    Susan Wallover

    Principal, Wallover Aquatics

For Susan Wallover, swimming is more than just an activity—it’s a lifelong passion. Growing up, she cherished time spent in the water, whether swimming recreationally or later, as a parent, sharing those experiences with her children.

Susan’s professional journey began with a focus on municipal and therapeutic recreation, where she quickly recognized the transformative power of aquatic spaces. Through her experience in parks and recreation, she saw firsthand how water-based activities foster social connection, rehabilitation, and multi-generational play.

Understanding that no single pool design fits every community, Susan founded Wallover Aquatics to help clients create and enhance aquatic facilities tailored to their unique needs. Her focus is on ensuring safe, engaging, and well-managed aquatic environments that strengthen both families and communities.
