WALLOVER ARCHITECTS incorporated is a full service architectural firm, which was established in 1982. The studio was relocated to Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1986. The firm has provided many municipal, commercial, and private clients with professional architectural and planning services in the fields of architectural design, recreational facilities design, interior architecture and historic renovation. Our client base has extended to projects in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey. Our clients enjoy the benefits of hands-on principal involvement throughout the course of commissions.

Our firm has gained significant experience in the field of Aquatics Design. Beginning with a commission for Canton, Ohio that Ted Wallover designed we have worked on numerous municipal, scholastic, amusement, therapeutic and private aquatics facilities. Our expertise in Aquatics Design has grown to regional prominence and allowed us to successfully compete with nationally recognized firms.

As a general architectural firm we have enjoyed commissions for a wide range of building types as varied as private outpatient surgical facilities to multi-family residential to a branch bank. Our firm enjoys the challenges presented by a variety of projects that we continue to thoroughly research and successfully complete. Our clients benefit from having a fresh approach to old and new ideas.

Our work shows a consistency of design quality, while engaging in stylistic plurality. Our goals are to provide professional services with the enduring values of an appropriate solution while considering program, context, iconography and practical solutions to enrich our clients lives.

The firm has received awards from the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Institute of Architects in 1991 and from the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, Bureau for Historic Preservation in 1988.
